Boozhoo Gakina-awiiya!

Bimose Tribal Council is working on a revitalization plan for Anishinaabemowin and wants to ensure it reflects the needs, interests, and desires of our community members. This survey will help us understand the current state of the language, the number of fluent speakers, interest in learning the language, and how we can best support the revitalization process. Your participation is valuable, and we want to emphasize that your name will not be attached to your answers. The information you provide will be used strictly to gain insights into the state of our language and guide efforts to revitalize it. Please answer the questions as honestly and accurately as possible and take the opportunity to share new ideas if we haven’t addressed them already.

To encourage participation, we will be drawing 4 prizes of $500 each! The deadline to complete the survey is Monday, March 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The draw will be live on the Bimose Tribal Council Facebook group on Tuesday, March 18th at 3:30 PM.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. This survey is open to members of the Bimose Tribal Council communities, as well as other members of Anishinaabe communities.
