On behalf of the entire Bimose Tribal Council organization, we would like to express our deepest condolences to the friends, family and community of Arnold-iban, Chief of Migisi Sahgaigan. Arnold had such a presence - he was fair, dignified and had a great sense of humour. His passion for his community and young people was apparent in his advocacy and the direction he provided. We truly enjoyed working for him and know that he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
