QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Ed., Degree with a minimum of five-years’ experience and an Ontario Teaching Certificate (OTC), Certified by Ontario College of Teachers
- Demonstration of successful educational leadership and experience with highly administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Open to a Culturally sensitive based training, during the academic year.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Communicating with parents and faculty
- Payroll and School Budgets
- Planning academic curricula and school year calendar
- Creating duty rosters
- Network with community programs & services and agencies
- Student admissions
- Supervising students, staff, and other faculty members
- Conducting Performance Assessment for the entire faculty
- Monitor and Evaluate short and long-term education plans
- Supervising the Custodial team to ensure a healthy and safe school environment.
