David Kejick School invites applications for a Senior Kindergarten teacher.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education Degree
- Teaching Certificate (preferably Ontario)
- Previous successful teaching experience or experience with children an asset, especially in the Early Years.
- Knowledge and skills to exercise educational leadership
- Good interpersonal, diagnostic, consultative and communication skills to collaborate with children, teachers, parents and organizations
- Experience working with Aboriginal students and/or understanding of Ojibway culture/history.
- Willingness to participate in community events and activities.
A Criminal Reference/Vulnerable Sector check is required.
